We strive to respond promptly to all emailed inquiries.

We may be experiencing a high volume of incoming emails if we have a current auction posted or if we are facilitating the invoicing process (the week after an auction).  Occasionally emails are rejected as SPAM.    
  
In Virginia, USA we are on Eastern Time (ET).  We observe Daylight Savings Time (DST), which means that during spring-summer we are on Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and during fall-winter we are on Eastern Standard Time (EST).   
 
Because of DST, each year we adjust our clocks ahead one hour in the spring and back one hour in the fall. (Spring forward.  Fall back.)  The change always occurs officially at 2:00 AM.

2014:
