AMERICAN EARTHENWARE / REDWARE MINIATURE VESSELS, LOT OF TWO, manganese- and lead-glazed, comprising a bulbous pitcher with rounded handle and slight foot, and an ovoid jug with delicate mouth, rounded handle, and pronounced foot.
Condition:
Pitcher with two minor flakes and spot of roughness to rim, and chip to edge of foot, jug with chipping and loss of glaze to mouth, glaze loss to edges of handle, and several minor glaze flakes to body.
Circa : First half 19th century.
