AMERICAN ROCKINGHAM-GLAZED POTTERY PAIR OF LIONS, mottled brown glaze, each on a rectangular base, recumbent with head resting between front paws, incised "WF" to top of base.

Condition: Very good condition, each having base with minor chip to underside of one corner and minor scattered flakes, and one having a few minor flakes to mane/body.

Circa : Circa 1875.

Item Dimensions: 3" HOA, base 8 3/4" x 4 1/2".

Provenance : Property of a Williamsburg, VA lady.
Ex-collection of John Meredith Graham II, former Director of Collections, Colonial Williamsburg.
