FREE-BLOWN GLASS PAIR OF VASES, deep amethyst, each being a baluster form with an applied opal rim, raised on a centre-knop stem and applied circular foot, rough pontil marks.
Condition : Undamaged with one having some light interior residue.
Circa : Circa 1830.
Item Dimensions: 6 7/8" and 7" H, 3 1/2" D feet.
Provenance : Glass deaccessioned by Bennington Museum, Bennington, VT. All proceeds will go toward the museum's Collections Acquisition Fund.
Ex-collection of Channing Hare.
