ROCKINGHAM CO., SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA DECORATED STONEWARE COOLER STAND, salt-glazed, low pedestal ogee form, having incised double ring above the beaded foot, probably for a watercooler. Slip-trailed cobalt picket-fence-style decoration.
Condition:
Several chips to top rim and multiple small chips to foot.
Circa : Second half 19th century.
