STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC CUP PLATE, featuring image of Passaic Falls, State of New Jersey (so-called), depicting two tall bluffs with rushing water over rocks between, having bold shell border decoration. Having impressed mark to underside obscured by label.

Condition : Undamaged, having minimal light short scattered scratches. Manufacturing flaw including minor firing separation to rim edge, as made.

Circa : 1818-1846.
