STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN VIEW TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATE, featuring the Boston State House #1 pattern, depicting a central domed government building, figures in foreground including a carriage, having floral border decoration. Marks to underside include impressed American eagle and shield with "ENOCH WOOD & SONS / BURSLEM" and printed single bud flower.
Condition : Undamaged, having some minor light short scattered scratches from use.
Circa : 1818-1846.
