WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA STENCILED STONEWARE PITCHER, salt-glazed, approximately one-gallon capacity, semi-ovoid body with heavy neck bead, delicate rim, and strap handle, Albany-slip glazed interior. Stenciled cobalt "WILLIAMS & REPPERT" arched above two cornucopia and "GREENSBORO, PA.", three brushed cobalt stripes and dashes flanking and across spout, additional cobalt at upper handle terminal.
Condition:
Neck with crack off rim to top of shoulder, and associated small chip, otherwise undamaged.
