the globular jug on foot molded in low relief with satyr’s mask spout, the sides with a portrait bust of "Queen Caroline" in silhouette in roundels surrounded by flowers, the scalloped upper rim above the words "Queen Caroline" in relief, painted in Prattware hues of ocher, blue, green and brown. The interior foot rim impressed WARRANTED WINCHESTER MEASURE, otherwise unmarked.
