tri-form with each side having a fleur-de-lis pattern surrounding a central rose spray, riveted construction with loop, base with clasp and a hinged cover, which opens to reveal four pouches for needle packets, each with a brightly printed floral and subject side, hinged cover impressed “H. MILWARD & SONS / PATENT / REDDITCH”. Retains collection number sticker and detailed collection card.
