central pink and aventurine green Clichy-type rose, encircled by three exterior garlands, interior band alternating between pansy and Clichy-type rose canes in a variety of color combinations, outer two rings comprised of multi-colored cogs, all above an opaque pink ground, signed to the underside “Parabelle Glass Artist Proof”, dated “1998”, retains manufacturing label, polished pontil mark.
