central red and white tube, encircled by two interior garlands with one having pink and white complex canes, other alternating between white and purple dominant complex canes, points are formed of alternating triangles of pink and white and yellow and black complex canes, spaced exterior garland comprised of fuchsia and white star tubes which match the central cane, all above a black ground, signed to the underside “P. Ysart”.
