central white and blue star cane, encircled five exterior garlands, adjacent band consisting of maroon and white tubes, second having green complex canes, third featuring peach and blue Clichy-type roses, final two rings being made of either red and pink or blue and butterscotch complex canes, all resting of a basket of white star canes, signature cane to the underside, signed to the underside “M. Hunter ’13”, numbered “1 of 1”, retains manufacturing label, polished base.
