having ornate chased floral decoration, chatelaine hook with five chain attachments featuring appendages of a pincushion, a thimble case, a sheath for scissors, a needle case, and a notebook with bone pages, including unmarked silver-handled scissors with chain, and an English sterling thimble. Chatelaine hook and appendages with “CM” maker’s mark for Miller Brothers and four hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling fineness, a leopard’s head city mark for London, an “O” date mark for 1889, and a Queen Victoria duty mark except for needle case with “P” date mark for 1890, chains with lion passant marks, thimble with “CM” maker’s mark for C.C. May & Sons and three hallmarks of an anchor city mark for Birmingham, an “r” date mark for 1891, and a lion passant for sterling fineness, scissors and its chain unmarked. Total weight including non-sterling pieces excluding scissors with chain and bundle of needles: 3.965 ozt. Retains collection number sticker and detailed collection card.

Very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including slight bending, one or a few minute/small dents, nicks, and worn spots to raised decoration, some chain links with solder repairs.
