- $0 to $200: $10 raise
- $200 to $500: $25 raise
- $500 to $1,000: $50 raise
- $1,000 to $3,000: $100 raise
- $3,000 to $5,000: $250 raise
- $5,000 to $10,000: $500 raise
- $10,000 to $30,000: $1,000 raise
- $30,000 to $50,000: $2,500 raise
- $50,000 to $100,000: $5,000 raise
- Over $100,000: $10,000 raise
