
Dielle joined the JSEA team in January 2026 as an Administrative Assistant. In her role, she answers phones, greets and assists customers, and supports the office staff by completing a variety of administrative tasks.
She is a graduate of American National College, where she earned a degree in Business Administration/Management. Prior to joining JSEA, Dielle spent 19 years in management roles with retail pharmacy stores in the area, gaining extensive experience in customer service, operations, and team leadership.
Dielle cherishes fond childhood memories of spending time in the country with her grandmother, who maintained a small but treasured collection of antiques gathered throughout her life. She loved admiring the “fancy” pieces displayed in her grandmother’s large china cabinet and flipping through early 1900s catalogs—experiences that sparked her lifelong appreciation for beautiful and historic items.
She has a particular fondness for period-piece films and is fascinated by the etiquette, décor, clothing, jewelry, and everyday objects of life prior to the 20th century. At JSEA, Dielle enjoys walking through the facility and observing the unique antiques being prepared for Auction Days, fueling her curiosity about what life was like in earlier times.
In her spare time, Dielle enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, painting, reading, and crocheting blankets for her loved ones.
